Arsenal playmaker Jack Wilshere scored one of the best goals in Gunners history on Saturday, but says Fulham ace Pajtim Kasami’s strike was better.
Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere says the goal scored by Pajtim Kasami for Fulham against Crystal Palace was better than his own strike against Norwich City.
Switzerland international Kasami took down a long ball from Sascha Riether on his chest before launching a preposterous volley into the far corner from a tight angle.
It was a stark contrast to Wilshere’s goal – a series of dainty touches and flicks around the penalty area that Norwich defenders could only watch.
The Arsenal line could only sit back and applaud.
Well there's my 'goal of the month' prize gone!!!! Take a bow! #Player #MNF
