Arsenal transfer news
The French Under-21 international has not managed to establish himself as a regular for the Gunners and Wenger had been keen for him to gain experience at another Premier League club.
Palace have been one of a number of teams linked with Sanogo, with Aston Villa and Sunderland also previously mentioned as potential suitors.
However, the 21-year-old’s move to Selhurst Park now looks all but complete as Arsenal offload their second player this January, following on from Lukas Podolski’s loan move to Inter Milan.
