Arsenal transfer rumours
The north London giants look the new favourites to sign the in-form Chilean international, who shares an agent with current Gunners star and fellow countryman Alexis Sanchez, and is keen on a move to the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal could do with improvements to their current midfield options, with players like Jack Wilshere and Mikel Arteta no longer looking at their best after injury-hit campaigns.
Vidal, however, would represent a major upgrade in that area and could form a fine partnership with in-form youngster Francis Coquelin, who has been a surprise performer for Arsene Wenger’s side this term.
Still, more signings are needed and Arsenal fans will hope they can see off competition from the Reds to sign this world class midfield general, who has won four Serie A titles in four years in Turin.
