This might be the formation for those tough away trips. Wenger almost exclusively used 4-2-3-1 last season, but he has such deep resources that he could easily reinforce the centre of the park.
Wilshere on the left and Cazorla on the right of a midfield three would give the Gunners lovely balance, and the disciplined Coquelin would sit to allow the two playmakers to join in attacks at will.
Again Walcott, or even Danny Welbeck, could be included on one of the flanks to give Arsenal a quick outlet that would give them a counter-attacking threat as well as an ability to dominate possession.
