The 52-year-old announced last week that he is set to quit his current club at the end of the season and will not be taking a year out of the game, with the Gunners mentioned as one of the clubs on alert for his availability.
Klopp has worked wonders with Dortmund despite a difficult final season with the Bundesliga giants, and is one of the most highly regarded young coaches in the game at the moment, and one whose attacking style of play would perfectly appease fans at the Emirates Stadium.
However, The Sun may have ended Arsenal fans’ hopes of Klopp making the move to take over from Arsene Wenger, with the German tactician seemingly dreaming of a chance to take over at either Liverpool or Manchester United if he ever made the move to England.

Speaking about Klopp’s next club, a source close to the manager said: “Arsenal don’t have a chance. His dream is United. Liverpool too. Madrid is different.
“Even if he’s sacked after one season he will have the biggest club in the world on his CV. There’s no shame in getting the sack at Real. Everybody does. And by then an English club he wants might be available.”
