The French giants seem ready to sell Cabaye after a disappointing spell at the club, with Arsenal thought to be his main suitors this winter as Arsene Wenger eyes a new midfielder.
Liverpool and Manchester United have also shown an interest in the former Newcastle United man, and it looks increasingly likely now that he will be making way this season.
Pjanic has been superb for Roma in recent years, and has also earned interest from the likes of Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid in the past.
