Arsenal target Alessio Romagnoli is set to secure an exit from Roma this summer, but it isn’t the Gunners who will sign him.
Milan have reportedly agreed personal terms with the talented youngster, but they have yet to reach an agreement with Roma for his transfer, according to Football Italia.

The Giallorossi are understood to need to sell before the end of the window after splashing the cash on both Mohamed Salah and Edin Dzeko.
As a result, Romagnoli has been heavily linked with an exit this summer with Milan making no secret of their desire to sign him.
However, the Rossoneri have stopped at €25m plus bonuses, while Roma are looking for a fee of €30m before agreeing to let the 20-year-old leave.
That in turn opened up the possibility of another club coming in for the Italian international, with the Gunners linked with making a move.
However, it is suggested that if he does leave then it will be Milan who sign him. That is still unclear though as Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa has been linked with a move to Lyon and that in turn could see Romagnoli stay in the Italian capital with more first-team opportunities available this season
Regardless, it doesn’t appear as though Arsene Wenger will be bolstering his defensive options with the Italian any time soon.
