Walcott, Gibbs and Flamini all expected to return for match at Old Trafford.
Theo Walcott and Kieran Gibbs could return for Arsenal’s crunch clash with Manchester United on Sunday.
But the Gunners’ trip to Germany to face Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday is likely to come too soon for the English pair.
Walcott made just five appearances for the Gunners this season before undergoing abdominal surgery but the 24-year-old has stepped up his training this week.
Gibbs, meanwhile, limped out of the 2-0 win against Liverpool with a calf strain and will be replaced by Nacho Monreal for the Champions League match against Jurgen Klopp’s side.
Jack Wilshere’s latest ankle injury means he is unlikely to travel for a game Arsenal desperately need a result from after losing the reverse fixture two weeks ago.
Mathieu Flamini should also return for United, while Lukas Podolski is making good progress and could be back by the end of this month.
Long-term absentee Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain remains out until Christmas, however.
