Benzema is believed to be ready to ply his trade in the Premier League, and with Real apparently willing to sell the timing could be perfect.
Real are reportedly interested in launching a £60m moves for Manchester City frontman Sergio Aguero this summer, thus meaning there may be limited room for the Frenchman.
Benzema has been linked with a switch to Liverpool in recent times, but it is now thought that Arsenal are the frontrunners to land his signature.
Arsenal will listen to offers for Olivier Giroud, who is on the radar of Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain, and will now cash in on him to raise funds for Benzema.
