Gunners keeping tabs on Torgay Arslan.
Arsenal’s preference for filling their clear hole in the defensive midfield position has shifted away from £37 million rated Sporting Lisbon star William Carvalho, report the Daily Star, and towards young Hamburg midfielder Torgay Aslan, who is
available on a free transfer at the end of the season.

Aslan has impressed for Hamburg in the Bundesliga so far this season as they look to avoid a repeat of last season’s dramatic relegation play-off victory against Greuther Furth, despite a poor start to the campaign.
The 24 year-old is out of contract at the end of the current season and will be free to speak to clubs in January – he is expected to demand a package of around £40,000 per week if he is to move to the Emirates Stadium.
