Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira looks set to leave Real Madrid as his contract continues to run down, with Arsenal having been mentioned as a potential destination along with London rivals Chelsea.
Khedira is a midfielder who is good enough to provide plenty to any football team, although it is questionable as to whether he has the defensive discipline and presence to be the world class holding midfielder that Arsene Wenger seems to desire.
