Former Arsenal striker Alan Smith had claimed that Milner was going to Arsenal on a free transfer although Liverpool was initially leading the race for the 29-year-old midfielder.
Although Milner may not have made up his mind yet, there may be truth to rumors that he will transfer to Arsenal since his contract is set to expire after this season.
However, it will reportedly take a four-year contract to lure Milner to Arsenal. Manchester City has not shown any signs of being on the verge of a new contract for Milner though.
Milner would be a welcome addition to the Gunners, as he has four goals and six assists this season.
