Man City consider £40m Wilshere bid

Manchester City could make one of the surprise moves of the summer and lodge a mammoth £40m bid to sign Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, according to the Daily Star. Despite not being a regular with the Gunners, the England international is a top target for City, and is next on their list of targets after Juventus’ Paul Pogba.
