Arsenal move for PSG star
The 18-year-old could be the third loanee to join Rangers in a week after coach Mark Warburton signed two players from Tottenham, and it is clear that his work isn’t done in north London.
Zelalem was handed his first-team debut by Arsene Wenger during the 2013-14 season, but naturally due to the competition for places, he was crowded out of the first-team squad.
Although he has featured during pre-season regularly in the past, it will not compare to the youngster getting first-team action and picking up experience along the way.
As a result, it is likely that Arsene Wenger will give the green light to the move and hope that he benefits from his spell in Scotland and returns with a view to pushing for a place in the first-team squad.
