Arsenal’s signing of four-time Premier League winner Petr Cech from Chelsea seems to have made fellow goalkeeper David Ospina surplus to requirements at the Emirates Stadium.
The 27-year-old Colombian stopper, who joined the Gunners from Nice just a year ago, has been linked with a summer move to Everton.

Ospina has spoken out about the rumours and a possible switch to Merseyside.
He sounds very tempted.
“Everton are a competitive team, and showed good things in the league last season,” The Telegraph quotes Ospina as saying. “It’s a club to consider and a great possibility. Next season we’ll have an excellent keeper in Cech, who is recognised and admired, and I’d be honoured to share with him, he’s a player with great experience.
“You learn every day, and in this position we stop learning when we retire. We’ll see what happens when I return, and I’ll have a conversation with the coach, but now I’m psyched to continue with the club.”
