Loic Remy (Queens Park Rangers)
Despite Queens Park Rangers’ promotion, Loic Remy is likely to leave the west London club at the end of the season.
The France international enjoyed a stellar campaign on loan at Newcastle United last season, scoring 14 goals in 24 starts for the Magpies, but has shown his ability to play at an even higher level and would be understandably keen to prove himself in Europe.
Remy could represent a cheaper option than some of the other strikers Arsenal have been linked with, given QPR may be keen to reduce their wage bill and the player’s desire to move on.
“Loic has done well at Newcastle,” said Loftus Road boss Harry Redknapp to the Daily Express.
“It would be difficult to get him back here. I think he’s looking to play Champions League next year.”
