Sami Khedira wants Arsene Wenger to make him better paid than Mesut Ozil

Real Madrid midfielder Khedira is only prepared to move to the Gunners if they make him the best paid player at the club, according to the Daily Mail.

Currently that title belongs to record signing Ozil, who was awarded a £140,000-a-week contract upon completing his £42.4m switch from Los Blancos in 2013.

However, Khedira – who is valued at around £24m – has made it clear to Wenger he wants wages of £150,000-a-week.
