Arsenal are reportedly set to be turned down again as talented Juventus youngster Daniele Rugani isn’t interested in a move to the Emirates.
The 21-year-old impressed during a loan spell with Empoli last season, and has been tipped for a successful future with the Turin giants.

However, speculation emerged over the summer that the Gunners were keeping tabs on him, with Arsene Wenger tempted into making a move.
While that failed to materialise, Rugani’s agent, Davide Torchia, has now revealed that Juve were unwilling to negotiate with any interested clubs and that his client isn’t keen on leaving.
“I’ve never been contacted officially by Napoli, as is right and respectful of everyone. They spoke with Juventus first,” Torchia told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.
“But the club always told me that they believed in the youngster and that if somebody in their starting defence had some trouble, he could cut out his own space.
“They told me they wouldn’t give him away to anyone and I have to say they’ve been true to their word.”
Wenger will have to keep faith in Gabriel in being able to step in when required, while the French tactician will also have to deal with the on-going criticism of his lack of activity in the transfer window.
