Arsenal target will ‘do anything’ to seal £15m Gunners transfer this summer
The 37-year-old has filled in for injured pair Diego Costa and Loic Remy in recent games, but now looks to have left Jose Mourinho with a real injury crisis on his hands for the trip to the Emirates Stadium.
Drogba has a great scoring record against the Gunners from his first spell at the club and could be a big loss, with Chelsea in need of a win to really end their opponents’ title hopes for this season.
According to the Daily Mail, Drogba could struggle to make it back for the game on Sunday as he ruled himself out of a scheduled charity match against poverty because of an ankle problem.
The Chelsea legend has six goals this season since signing on a free transfer from Galatasaray.
