The match, which is on 26th April, is officially sold out, but the tickets for potential title decider between the top two clubs in the league are being sold via online ticket exchanges.
The match at the Emirates Stadium is classified as category A by the club, meaning face value ticket prices already go up to a lofty £97 on the official website, only six pounds less than a season ticket for Bundesliga pacesetters Bayern Munich.
The website in question offers tickets in the away end at Arsenal’s ground, among the Chelsea fans, for £950, almost ten times the most expensive ticket value, while the most one could pay for a ticket in the home end is £712.50.
According to UK law, it is “unlawful for an unauthorised person to sell a ticket for a designated game, or otherwise to dispose of such a ticket to another person.”
Chelsea are currently top of the Premier League, seven points ahead of Arsenal with a game in hand and look overwhelmingly likely to lift the title for the first time in five years.
