Attack
Daniel Sturridge (Liverpool)
Chelsea seem to have been unable to recognise great strikers for the last few years, with Romelu Lukaku and Daniel Sturridge shining away from Stamford Bridge over the last two seasons.
Sturridge is the top goalscorer in the Barclays Premier League, with eight goals in nine matches at time of writing, and his confidence with the ball at his feet and in front of goal makes him a constant threat.
Luis Suarez (Liverpool)
Luis Suarez has returned from suspension in remarkable form, scoring six goals and supplying an assist in his four top flight appearances this season.
The Uruguayan forward is a brilliant street footballer, despite the dark side to his game, and always appears able to wriggle past opposition defenders with a trick or clever nutmeg. The unpredictable element to Suarez makes him one of the most dangerous players in the Barclays Premier League.
Olivier Giroud (Arsenal)
Olivier Giroud has always performed better in his second seasons at clubs, and his time at Arsenal looks to be no exception.
The French forward has become a brilliant focal point to his team’s attack, capable of both scoring himself thanks to clever movement, and bringing others into play.
Like Ramsey, he has five goals and four assists this term.
