The Gunners already have a number of high-quality options in the attacking midfield department this season, having raided Barca last summer for the signing of Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez.
Pedro could make another good buy for the club, however, with the Spanish international showing his quality as a goalscoring winger throughout his career with Barca and the Spain national team.
The 27-year-old attacker has won a long list of honours for both club and country, and his experience would surely be valuable for an Arsenal team that often seems to fall short in terms of mounting a serious challenge for the Premier League and the Champions League.
Pedro came up through the youth system at Barcelona but has now found himself down in the pecking order behind big-name signings like Neymar and Luis Suarez.
