But Ozil says talk of the title is premature.
Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has warned the club’s Premier League rivals that the Gunners will get better as the season progresses.
Arsene Wenger’s side are currently top of the league and their Champions League group and are unbeaten since the opening day of the season.
Ozil, who is yet to lose in an Arsenal shirt, says there is more to come from his teammates but has warned talk of the title is premature.
“I am delighted we top the table. But we also know that the season is still very long. To talk about winning the league would be too early. The current table is nothing more than a snapshot,” Ozil said.
“We will continue to play every game with our full concentration, we will try to get better as a team. If we can do that, we have a great chance to achieve a lot. I will give it my all.”
