Mathieu Debuchy – Signed from Newcastle United as a replacement for fellow Frenchman Bacary Sagna and although has impressed at St James’ Park, this will be a big step up for the 28-year-old in terms of proving himself – 6/10.
Cesar Azpilicueta – Really came into his own last campaign under Jose Mourinho and although played much of that season at left-back is expected to be moved back to his favoured right side for the next 12 months at least – 6/10.
