Laurent Koscielny
French centre back Laurent Koscielny has been able to form a solid partnership with Per Mertesacker – and the two will be vital to Arsenal’s fortunes if they are able to replicate their solid displays in the coming season.
With Arsenal having struggled defensively against the bigger teams at times, it will be important that Koscielny, their best defender, is on form and able to marshal the defence when they come up against potential title rivals.
