4) Sven Bender – Borussia Dortmund
The German battler would add steel, grit and tenacity to the Arsenal midfield. He prides himself on providing a platform from which his teammates can perform, and would enable the likes of Aaron Ramsey, Mesut Ozil and Santi Cazorla at Arsenal to create. The Gunners are lining up a £15m bid, and while he isn’t as exciting a midfielder as Fabregas – his style is currently more needed.
