Mathieu Debuchy, Javier Manquillo, Nacho Monreal, Kieran Gibbs

Debuchy will sign for £12m, and Manquillo is arriving on loan from Atletico Madrid to provide backup to the Frenchman. This probably means Carl Jenkinson is surplus to requirements, and could leave on loan himself. Monreal and Gibbs are expected to compete for the left-back spot again.
