2) Jack Wilshere
The Englishman has played well in some games, but in many others, has been wasteful and off the pace. Due to the form of Aaron Ramsey, Wilshere’s often been deployed on the left or the right, which has clearly not suited his game. His 85% pass completion ratio for the season is quite low, when you compare it to Arteta and Flamini who complete 91% of their passes. He’s not scored or assisted the goals his Welsh teammate has either, bagging only two in the league in 15 appearances. Wilshere’s talent is undoubted, but his application in matches this year has been questionable, as has the occasional rash tackle.
