Gunners close in on talented teenage winger.
According to reports in the Metro, Arsenal want to sign 17-year-old Kingsley Coman of Paris Saint Germain for a fee of just £1m.
Coman, who is a product of the PSG youth academy, has been touted as a potential star in the years to come by coaches and pundits alike in his native France.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will be going all out this summer to bring in marquee players to the Emirates as there have been reports stating a massive transfer budget is being given to him for acquisitions.
But between all these transfer talks of signing top players, the French manager seems to have set his sights on another youngster whom he believes could be the next big thing.
The signing of Coman would be considered a typical Wenger transfer. Having brought in many exciting youngsters from some of the top clubs of Europe in recent years, such as Thomas Eisfeld from Borussia Dortmund and Cesc Fabregas from Barcelona, Coman could well be on his way to becoming a top player under the guidance of Arsene Wenger.
The Gunners are swooping in after learning that the teenager has rejected a new contract with the Ligue 1 champions, and are keen to secure his future after learning that he would only cost a small fee.
