The captain at the club and someone who joined the club at the same time as Wenger and helped revolutionise them during nine years in the first team.
Vieira was one of the first foreign players to become reognised as truly world-class in the Premier League and was also instrumental in ‘the Invincibles’ season of 2003/04.
