CM – Cesc Fabregas
Arrived at Highbury as a teenager in 2003 from the Barcelona youth system and re-joined the Catalans nine years later for a colossal £29m after becoming world-class under Wenger.
Fabregas was brilliant from the outset for Arsenal and made 298 appearances for them – scoring 56 goals and providing 91 assists – before returning to the Nou Camp in 2011.
