Rudi Garcia desperately wants to bring a new goalkeeper to the Stadio Olimpico in January and Fiorentina star Neto is his first choice – but La Viola want to keep the Brazilian at the club.
Chelsea are also keen on retaining Cech, particularly with Mark Schwarzer set to join Leicester City on a free transfer, but may be faced with an unhappy player as Cech remains behind Thibaut Courtois in the Stamford Bridge pecking order.
