Tiago set to become the latest Atleti to West London switch.
The deals involving Atletico Madrid players joining Chelsea looks set to continue as Tiago agrees a two-year contract with the club ahead of AS Monaco and Zenit St. Petersburg, according to respected Portuguese journalist Goncalo Lopes.

This will be the 33-year-old’s second spell with the club having signed back in 2004 when Jose Mourinho started his first period at Stamford Bridge.
Tiago managed just 12 months in West London that time around, before going onto enjoy success with Olympique Lyon, Juventus and most recently Atleti.
The midfielder played a key role as Diego Simeone’s men won their first La Liga title since 1996 last season and also reached their first ever Champions League final – eventually being defeated 4-1 by city rivals Real Madrid.
Yet with his contract up the Portuguese star has decided to end his spell in Spain to return to the Blues for one final hurrah in the Premier League.
Tiago will join goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois at the club, with the Belgium international having spent the last three years on-loan with Atletico.
The moves from the Vicente Calderon Stadium to the Bridge don’t end there though, with Diego Costa having admitted he will also make the switch, whilst left-back Filipe Luis has also been strongly linked.
Tiago will now compete with fellow new signing Cesc Fabregas for a place in midfield, along with Nemanja Matic, John Obi Mikel and Ramires.
