Australia will be out for revenge from last year’s Four Nations when they meet New Zealand in the annual ANZAC Test on Friday.

The Kangaroos were upset in the 2014 final by the Kiwis. That match came a year after Australia smashed their trans-Tasman neighbours in the 2013 World Cup final.

Friday’s match is the first chance the Aussies have had to play New Zealand again. The home team are sure to be fired up to prove they are the better side.
Coach Tim Sheens has named three debutants in his 17. They are Alex Johnston, Josh Dugan, Will Chambers and Trent Merrin.
Chambers has got the nod over veteran Justin Hodges while the likes of Darius Boyd and Paul Gallen were unavailable through injury.
Fullback Billy Slater is fighting a battle to be fit for the game while Josh Papalii is on standby for Greg Bird, who is on report for a high tackle.
New Zealand has stuck with the majority of the squad that won them the 2014 Four Nations. Welcomed back in to the fold is Ben Matulino, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, Dallin Watene-Zelzniak and Sam Moa.
