Manchester United are due for a blockbuster transfer deal this summer even though they have already made a series of moves.
The Daily Express claims that Man United are not giving up on their pursuit of Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale.
Bale had transferred to Real Madrid on a world record £85.3m transfer deal, and the La Liga giants are asking for an overwhelming offer to consider selling the Welsh international.
It is likely that Man United will have to offer even more than his £86m value, which would shatter the world record. However, the Red Devils are willing to do so.
The 26-year-old striker has not performed up to expectations in Spain, which has made him a candidate to return to the Premier League.
Bale has also drawn the ire of fans in Bernabeu, and Real Madrid are close to reaching a deal with Man United for goalkeeper David de Gea.
Now that defender Sergio Ramos is out of the picture for Man United, they may choose to use de Gea as a bargaining chip for Bale instead.

Bale offers unlimited upside and may thrive in the right Premier League situation once again.
Although he has scored 28 goals in the past two seasons in La Liga play, this does not match expectations that came with him after he left Tottenham Hotspur.
Bale shined in a breakout 2012-13 season with Spurs, as he scored a career-high 21 goals in 33 Premier League appearances.
