Spurs full-back a surprise name on Barca list.
Barcelona are considering a surprise move for Tottenham Hotspur right-back Kyle Walker as an alternative to Fiorentina star Juan Cuadrado, according to the Daily Mail.
The Catalan giants are known to be on the lookout for a replacement for Dani Alves this summer, with new manager Luis Enrique keen to sign a wing-back to play on the right-hand side of a 3-5-2 formation.
Cuadrado had emerged as the leading candidate to come in and fill that role, though there is no certainty of them landing the Colombian international due to strong interest from Manchester United as well.
Although Walker is not thought to be high on their list, he is an option the club could consider before the end of the summer, depending on how their moves for other targets progress.
The 24-year-old has not really pressed on since a highly impressive season as a youngster in 2011/12, when he looked like one of the most promising English youngsters in the Premier League.
