Not his best game as Real did their best to keep him at bay and they certainly did it well with him hardly getting a kick.
Saying that he still managed a blitzing run that could have made the last few minutes a little more comfortable for Barca but his curling effort went agonisingly wide.
CF: Luis Suarez – 8
A moment of genius saw Suarez pluck an almost hopeless Alves clearances from the sky – in his stride – before continuing a bulldozing run through the Real defence and bamboozling Iker Casillas who ended up on his backside as the ball curled into the bottom corner.
Delightful.
LW: Neymar – 5
Neymar didn’t have his shooting boots on tonight and on another day this could have proved so costly with a number of chances blazed over the bars or tamely directed towards goal.
He missed what looked a simple tap-in that would have made it 2-0 immediately before Real equalised through Ronaldo and if Los Blancos had gone on to win, serious questions would likely have been asked of his temperament.
Lucky boy.
