Bayern Munich have reportedly agreed a £35m deal to sign former Chelsea target Douglas Costa from Shakhtar Donetsk.
The Brazilian forward had been tipped to move to Stamford Bridge before the Premier League champions pursued Manchester United flop Radamel Falcao.
Chelsea have agreed a £4m deal to loan the Colombian striker from AS Monaco for the 2015-16 campaign, leaving the path clear for Costa’s signature.

And Sky Sports’ sources in Germany understand that Bayern have pounced by agreeing a £35m transfer which could be finalised when the 24-year-old returns from the Copa America.
Costa has scored four goals in 14 league starts during the ongoing Ukrainian season – the same amount that Falcao managed in 29 appearances in all competitions on loan at United.
