Outspoken television pundit Robbie Savage is no stranger to criticism being one of the game’s more colourful characters, and he could be prepared to invite more ire upon himself with his selection for Premier League Team of the Year.

The PFA make their own official revelation this weekend, with the likes of Eden Hazard and Harry Kane set to be included as they are already up for the individual gong.
Savage admits in the Daily Mirror that he would choose Harry Kane, but believes that Chelsea’s Eden Hazard will take the prize home.
But in fairness to Savage, he has picked players from seven clubs, who have all had successful spells with their side’s this term, though only three players come from team’s not in the established ‘top six’.
