£6.8m La Liga flop REJOINS Liverpool
Balotelli played with Liverpool and had a rough transition to the Premier League, as he only scored one goal for the Reds after shining for AC Milan.
The striker scored 14 goals in Serie A matches for AC Milan in the 2013-14 season, so the potential is clearly there.
Besiktas is attempting to lure Balotelli in for £7.2m, which they could have used for Demba Ba.
However, Ba has revealed his desire to play in England and no longer play for Besiktas.
Balotelli leaving Liverpool seems like a plausible move as he underachieved greatly, but The Express reports that he may stay with the Reds for another year.
The Reds had brought in Balotelli for £16m last summer, so the value that Besiktas is bidding on him for seems like a bargain at this point.
