5. Tore Andre Flo
While this name may come as a surprise, the £300,000 fee for the striker has to be one of the best deals of all time. Flo became the team’s top scorer in the 1999/2000 season and was sold the following season for £12m, bringing in one of the greatest profits for the club ever.
