8. Calum Chambers, Southampton – 19-years-old
Staying on the south coast and the Hampshire club have not one, but two superb English right-backs on their books currently.
Whilst Nathaniel Clyne started the year in the first team, the younger Chambers has forced his way into the side now with some fine performances and does not look to be giving the position up easily.
