CM – Toni Kroos, Bayern Munich
There appears to be no position in midfield that this talented German cannot excel in, having played in a more advanced role at Old Trafford, before dropping defensively in the second-leg due to the absence of Bastian Schweinsteiger and Javi Martinez.
Kroos is yet to commit his future at the Allianz Arena and there is likely to be many interested parties after these last two performances.
