After yet another abysmal season in BBL03, the Thunder have completed a squad overhaul and look far better balanced than years gone by.
38-year-old Jacques Kallis is a massive addition, as is young quick Pat Cummins.
The Thunder have added experience in Andrew McDonald, Nathan Hauritz and Aiden Blizzard, which should help their depth greatly.
However, the withdrawals of wicketkeeper Craig Kieswetter and opening batsman Usman Khawaja due to major injuries have left the Thunder scrambling for solutions just days out from the competition.
Is this the year the Thunder finally move off the foot of the table?
