The second of perhaps two blips on an otherwise comfortable season for Jose Mourinho at the helm of Chelsea but it was a defeat that led to a series of inquests in the weeks that followed as to whether Mourinho was managing his squad efficiently after picking almost the same XI over a hectic Christmas period.
Of course, this turned out to be folly as the campaign progressed ever further and it became clearer just how dominant the Blues were.
