Muller had been linked with the trio of Premier League giants this summer as they all look to bring in reinforcements in attack, with uncertainty remaining about which players Bayern manager Pep Guardiola was willing to allow to leave the Bavarian club.
The 24 year-old has spent his entire career with Bayern, making more than 150 appearances for the German champions and he is also set to move past 50 caps for his nation at the 2014 World Cup.
Muller had been mentioned as a possible signing for new Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal, a man who will be desperate to bring impressive reinforcements to his under-powered squad when he starts his job following the Netherlands’ appearance from the summer tournament.
Anfield and the Emirates Stadium had also been mentioned as potential destinations should Muller have decided to move on, but he will now continue to ply his trade in the Bundesliga for the coming seasons.
