2. Carl Froch (33-2, 24 KOs)
Next to Amir Khan vs. Kell Brook, DeGale vs. Froch is virtually a dream match for British boxing fans. Froch hasn’t boxed since his second win over George Groves but that next fight announcement will be coming soon enough. With enmity brewing between Froch and DeGale it would be nice to see the two rugged super middleweights collide.
DeGale owns something that Froch was fought for and defended with great intensity: The IBF Super Middleweight title. After Froch was forced to vacate the title in February due to injury, DeGale swooped in and took it from Andre Dirrell – a man Froch had already beaten back in 2009.
