Goal-scoring hero reveals the duo spoke after the game.
Brazil star Neymar has given Mario Balotelli some words of advice after their meeting in the Confederations Cup, with Brazil claiming a 4-2 win to top Group A.
The two strikers have become friends over the course of the past few months, taking to the media and social media websites to praise one another.
Neymar has previously noted that he would love to become great friends with the AC Milan striker, and it appears as though the two are already close as he revealed to the media what was said between the pair following the full-time whistle.
“We were talking about the heat,” Neymar told journalists after the game as reported by football-italia.net.
“He told me it was too hot and he wasn’t accustomed to this sort of environment, so I told him he’d better start getting used to the heat.
“He is a good lad and a great player who caused us a lot of problems in defence, but I am happy with what my teammates were able to do in order to stop him scoring.”
It is understood that the 21-year-old Brazilian international swapped shirts with Balotelli’s club team-mate Stephan El Shaarawy after the game, but exchanged another with “Super Mario” in the dressing room.
Neymar isn’t the only Brazilian to take a liking to the Italian, who has consistently received a great ovation from the locals both in and out of the stadiums.
The newly-recruited Barcelona ace scored a memorable free-kick in the win and was named Man of the Match, but he was also happy to lend some words of support to Balotelli who hopes to clinch a return to the country next summer for the World Cup.
