Chelsea defender Filipe Luis has reportedly rejected an offer to join Real Madrid.
However, according to Marca, the Brazilian left-back has told his agent, Jorge Mendes, that he would like to leave Stamford Bridge and return to Atletico Madrid this summer.

Luis only left Atletico 11 months ago, ending his four-year stint with the capital outfit, during which he won La Liga, the Copa del Rey and the Europa League.
However, he is apparently keen to leave London after failing to settle.
Luis’s preference of Atletico over Real makes sense.
He probably has negative memories of Real, having spent a season on the club’s books in 2005-06, without making a single first-team appearance.
