Former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice has been out of the NFL since being released by the Ravens for his actions in an elevator with his wife.
Janay Rice, who was his fiancé at the time, was punched by the running back and then dragged out of it while unconscious. After a two-game suspension, Rice was suspended indefinitely after a new video of the incident surfaced.
Rumors began to surface that commissioner Roger Goodell and other NFL employees had seen the video before it became public on TMZ, but a 96-page report has been released, stating that there is no evidence that the video was seen prior to its publicity.
NFL Live host Trey Wingo released the report on Twitter.
